First Day of Pre-School
B had his first day of Pre-School today! I was worried about him, because he was not happy at Meet the Teacher last week and cried lots. I have been talking to him about how fun school will be this year since Meet the Teacher and I guess it worked, because he walked right in, gave us a hug and kiss, and there were no tears!! He has lots of the same friends as last year and lots of new friends.
We had a big break through! B takes his cow EVERYWHERE! I told him he couldn't go to school, so he left him in his car seat and told me he had to stay there until I came to get him. I was so proud of him!

Soccer!
We put B in soccer for the first time this year. The youngest you can be to play is 3, and we thought it would be good to introduce him early. There are 10 kids on the team, and he is friends with 7 of them. J volunteered to coach, and it is quite comical!
Let me give you a glimpse of the first game......
B woke up so excited! He got his outfit on, and we drove to the game. He was talking about the game non-stop until we got there. Then, he started making EVERY excuse to go back home.....he was sick, he was tired, he needed to go potty. We got him out of the car finally and he needed to go to the bathroom. There were only port-a-potties (which he had never been to). B still straddles potties, because he is short. So, I took off his pants (which was a tough job to do over shin guards and cleats) and I put him on the potty the best I could. He decided that he didnt really need to go after all! I almost passed out because of the heat and smell in the port-a-potties!
J gets the team out to stretch and the game begins. There are 5 on a field at a time. The first 5 kids went out there and they did pretty good (considering they are 3 years old). That lasted probably 3 minutes. The rest of the game consisted of crying, kids running off of the field, parents holding their kids hands just so that they will actually play, kids running off the field because they are hungry, etc. B only went on the field if J or myself was holding him. J also had to hold several other kids during the game. At one point, J took B's legs and made him kick the ball. B decided that he needed his favorite cow to play with and his drink. And, one of the other little girls wanted to play with her drink as well. At one point, our team only had one kid playing because the others had gone off of the field.
Needless to say, we have some major practicing to do! B says he is going to play next game, so we will see! I just hope Team England makes it the whole season (7 weeks).

JW Marriott
We drove to San Antonio this weekend to celebrate Father's Day and our Anniversary. We went with some friends and had a great time!! We can't wait to go back! The weekend included swimming, water slides, making smores, duck races, more swimming, lazy river, balloon animals, airbrush tattoos, yummy food, and the Riverwalk.

Around Here
We have been busy as always! Here are some recent pictures!
B-man had his last tumbling class last week.
He really loved it and will be ready to start back in the fall!
We went to a pool party on Memorial Day weekend with some friends! B-man
swam for 4 hours straight and then went back to my mom's house
and swam another hour. I think we have a fish on our hands!
We went bowling at the new Lucky Strikes! Fun, fun!
Dont you love my outfit?!?!
J's friend played in a high school alumni football game. We got to tour the Cowboy
stadium and go on the field, which was pretty fun!
These are pics that I never added from when we got back from Maui!
I missed my boy so much and love these pics!

MAUI
J and I just got back from a week in Maui! We had a blast! We hung out on the beach, did ziplining, did a helicopter ride, and just relaxed! Thanks to our parents for letting us go on the much needed trip to relax and get away!

We had lots of fun Easter activities this year. B got to have 2 Easter Egg Hunts. One was put on by a local church and one was put on for the kids in our neighborhood! B wasn't so sure at first about what to do but was much better the 2nd time around! Blessings!
